My path into real estate didn’t start in an office; it started working with my hands and realizing early on that the right foundation matters in both homes and businesses.
I was born into a family deeply rooted in construction. My dad spent his entire career in the industry and flipped homes along the way. He was the first person who pointed me toward real estate. Watching him work taught me early how houses are built, fixed, and improved—and it sparked a strong interest in the industry.
By the time I was in high school, I was already working as a mechanic while also helping my dad on construction projects. I liked working with my hands, understanding how things functioned, and seeing tangible results at the end of the day. When I went to college to study leadership and management, real estate felt like a natural extension of everything I already loved: entrepreneurship, construction, and working directly with people. At 19, I earned my real estate license, determined to build something of my own.
That first brokerage experience was eye-opening. I quickly learned that not all brokerages are created equal. The work culture wasn’t exactly empowering, and it didn’t feel like agents were set up to succeed. While it was challenging to navigate, that experience planted an important seed; it showed me exactly the kind of environment I didn’t want and inspired me to imagine the kind of brokerage I would one day create.
The timing couldn’t have been better. I was still in college, and one of my classes required a final project: start a company. I saw my opportunity. I talked with my best friend, who was also a real estate agent, and together we decided to start our own brokerage. It was 2018, and we were both 21. We didn’t have everything figured out, but we had vision, drive, and a strong belief in what we were building.
From the beginning, I had incredible support. My dad, my stepmother (who is also a REALTOR®) and my mom were all encouraging and believed in us fully. We rented a small space behind a bank and started as a team of 3. Early on, we focused on helping veterans and active-duty service members. Word spread, clients started coming in, and the business began to grow.
We expanded to 5 agents, and over the next eight years, that small group grew into a team of 37 agents. What I’m most proud of isn’t just the growth, but the culture we’ve built. My early experience showed me what happens when leadership doesn’t support its people, and I was determined to do the opposite. I’ve worked hard to create a brokerage that’s welcoming, motivating, and built on healthy, fun competition. We grow together, push each other, and aim for excellence without losing the human side of the business.
Today, I’m deeply involved in training agents, answering questions, and pairing newer agents with more experienced ones so no one feels like they’re figuring things out alone. I genuinely love working with ambitious, like-minded, growth-oriented agents and watching them succeed.
Outside of work, I’m married to my wife, Makayla. We met in 2020 and were recently married. We look forward to building a family together, and the idea of becoming a father motivates me every day. Real estate gave me a path, but leadership, service, and building something meaningful—that’s what drives me forward.
With 11 years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of both the buying and selling processes. I begin every client relationship by listening carefully—understanding why my clients are making a move, what matters most to them, and how their goals align with current market conditions. From there, I focus on education and clear advice, helping clients make confident decisions based on timing, strategy, and long-term value.
I’m a strong problem solver and firmly believe there is always a way forward, even in complex situations. I specialize in creative financing and often help clients find unique funding paths that make deals possible. Through a strong local network, I frequently gain access to off-market opportunities, giving clients an advantage by viewing homes before they’re publicly listed. I advocate assertively during negotiations, drawing on experience representing more than 320 families to structure deals that truly benefit my clients. I have extensive experience working with military members, guiding them through benefits like VA loans to simplify the process. I also support investors with flips, renovations, and cosmetic improvements, relying on trusted construction vendors. Clients can count on my availability—I’m present, reliable, and accessible 7days a week.
Sincerely,
